I was skeptical about the chakra stuff, but the pure rose quartz is so cooling and grounding that I actually feel calmer just holding it before anything else. The weight is substantial enough to feel real yet gentle, and it's been surprisingly easy to clean after each use.
The stone’s weight and smoothness feel grounding in a way I didn’t expect, and holding it against my chest really does seem to ease some old tension. It’s beautiful enough to leave out on my nightstand, which is a bonus.
